We work exclusively with elite carriers, such as DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS, for international deliveries.

Shipped from our Primary Logistics Hub distribution center. No customs duties. The price displayed is the final price you pay.

United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import charges are already included in the product price.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes calculated at checkout. Full, final cost with no additional fees upon delivery.

All Other Countries

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and any customs-related fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon arrival.

III. WARRANTY OF LONGEVITY AND PRECISION

All Offixis spatial organization systems are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is our commitment to precision engineering and the durability of your investment.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

•Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized installation.

•Mechanical damage resulting from accidents or impacts.

•Chemical damage (e.g., harsh cleaning agents, spilled liquids).

•Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions, which compromise thermal efficiency or structural integrity.

•Intentional damage, alterations, or improper use.

 

IV. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: SEAMLESS PROCESS

If the product does not meet your high-performance standards, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Note: Customized products or those tailored for your specific environment are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.Email your return request to our support email: concierge@offixis.com

2.Our precision logistics team will assist in organizing the shipment to one of our local return points.

3.We will generate a return label for you. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

4.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange (if you prefer a different size/color, and the item is not customized).
