Welcome to Offixis. These Terms of Service (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the use of our platform and the acquisition of our Spatial Organization Systems and High-Performance Solutions. By accessing or using the Offixis Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms, acknowledging that they reflect our commitment to precision engineering and transparency.

 

I. DEFINITIONS AND PRECISION VOCABULARY

 

Term

Client

A natural or legal person who places an Order on the Offixis Platform.

Consumer

A Client who places an Order for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or freelance activity.

Entrepreneur

A Client who places an Order for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or freelance activity.

GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and equivalent applicable data protection laws.

Solutions/Systems

The products (Spatial Organization Systems, precision accessories) presented in the Offixis Platform.

Newsletter

An electronic distribution service provided by the Seller, containing information about Solutions, innovations, and promotions.

Offixis Platform

The website through which the Client may place Orders, available at: offixis.com.

Order

The Client's declaration of intent, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Contract, specifying the type and quantity of the Solutions.

Terms

These Terms of Service.

Sales Contract

Any contract under which the Seller transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of the Solutions to the Client, and the Client pays or undertakes to pay their price.

 

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS: THE RIGOR OF THE CONTRACT

1.The Offixis Platform is operated by the Seller, as detailed in Section I.

2.The Seller offers High-Performance Solutions for sale through the Platform.

3.The Sales Contract is concluded between the Client and the Seller in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and international norms applicable to e-commerce.

4.All product designations and their names are used for identification purposes and may be registered trademarks.

 

III. RULES OF USE: THE PRODUCTIVITY ECOSYSTEM

1.The conclusion of the Sales Contract occurs by making a purchase without the need for prior registration.

2.When placing an Order, the Client must provide accurate and up-to-date data, and accept the content of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3.The Seller may deprive the Client of the right to use the Platform, or limit their access, in case of violation of these Terms, including:

•Providing false, inaccurate, or outdated data.

•Infringing the rights of third parties.

•Behaviors inconsistent with the law or detrimental to Offixis' reputation.

4.The Client undertakes to:

•Not provide or transmit illegal content.

•Use the Platform in a way that does not interfere with its operation (e.g., use of malicious software).

•Not send unsolicited commercial information (spam).

•Use the Platform's content only for personal use.

 

IV. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT: ORDER ENGINEERING

1.To conclude a Sales Contract, the Client must select the Solutions, the quantity, and follow the technical steps in the Platform's checkout.

2.The selection of the Solutions is made by adding them to the cart.

3.The Order summary will display: the object of the contract, the total price (including shipping costs), the payment method, and the delivery method.

4.The submission of the Order by the Client constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude the Sales Contract with the Seller.

5.The Contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the Order by the Seller.

6.After the Order, the Client will receive a confirmation by email containing all essential elements of the Order.

 

V. PRICES AND PAYMENTS: HIGH-PERFORMANCE VALUE

1.The prices of the Solutions are indicated in USD and include all components, as per applicable regulation.

2.The price does not include shipping and delivery costs, which are added at checkout.

3.The price displayed at the time of the Order is binding and will not be changed.

4.The Seller reserves the right to change prices and introduce new Solutions, but such changes will not apply to Orders already placed.

5.Payments can be made by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and payment operators such as PayPal.

 

VI. ORDER FULFILLMENT: LOGISTICAL PRECISION

1.The Order will be processed on the condition that the Solutions are available in stock.

2.In case of unavailability, the Client will be informed within 14 days and may decide on partial fulfillment, extension of the waiting period, or withdrawal from the Order.

3.Each completed Order is documented by the Seller with an appropriate accounting document.

 

VII. SHIPMENT: DELIVERY TO THE SANCTUARY

1.The shipment of the Solutions is possible to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and Brazil.

2.Delivery is carried out by elite carriers (courier companies).

3.The Seller is not liable for damages caused by irregularities (including errors) committed by the Client in the Order Form, which result in the non-delivery of the package.

 

VIII. WARRANTY AND COMPLIANCE: ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE

1.The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the non-compliance of the Solutions with the Sales Contract, according to the applicable laws in the United Kingdom.

2.The Solutions are considered compliant if they meet the description, type, quantity, quality, functionality, and suitability for the purpose for which they are generally used (High-Performance Environment Optimization).

3.The Seller offers a Quality Warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects, as detailed in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

4.The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or exposure to conditions that compromise maximum thermal efficiency or structural integrity.

 

IX. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT: THE RIGHT TO RE-EVALUATION

1.Every Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, counting from the date of possession of the last Solution delivered.

2.To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a declaration to the Seller by mail or email: concierge@offixis.com.

3.The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Solutions or those manufactured according to the Client's individual specifications.

 

X. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1.Consumer Complaints: In case of non-compliance, the Consumer may demand the repair or replacement of the Solution. The Seller undertakes to respond to any complaint within 14 days.

2.Entrepreneur Complaints: The Seller's liability to the Entrepreneur is governed by the applicable legal provisions in the United Kingdom.

3.Dispute Resolution: The resolution of any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

4.Out-of-Court Means: The Consumer may have access to out-of-court dispute resolution means, according to the laws of their jurisdiction.

 

XI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The administrator of your personal data is the Seller. Detailed information on data processing and Client rights is contained in the Offixis Privacy Policy.

 

XII. NEWSLETTER (INFORMATION SANCTUARY)

1.The Client may receive the Seller's newsletter, a free service provided electronically, containing information about offers and innovations.

2.The Client may unsubscribe at any time, without cost, through the unsubscribe link or by sending a message to concierge@offixis.com.

 

XIII. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

To use the services, the Client must have a web browser, an active email address/phone number, and an active Internet connection.

 

XIV. FINAL PROVISIONS

1.The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g., changes in law, payment, or delivery methods).

2.The amendments will not affect the rights acquired by Clients in Orders already placed.

3.In matters not covered by these Terms, the general provisions of the law of the United Kingdom shall apply.

 

XV. TEMPLATE FORM OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
